As I pointed out on the YT channel.
In Thailand, the burning season takes place between January and April. For 10,000 years farmers in the far east of been burning after harvesting to renew the nutrients in the soil for the coming growing season. However the result of this is a very intense distribution of polluted air often dangerously high and some governments are attempting to discourage it, but they really need to support the farmers in alternative ways of giving nutrition to the soil. It’s not their fault they have to earn a living and most of them are small farmers. However, it makes for some very beautiful photography and videography.
Whilst no one likes or wants pollution in any way some sunsets and sunrises are stunning in polluted atmospheres.
