I have had my mavic 3pro a few months and even if I like the zoom, the quality is not that great.
My limit is around 9-10x on the zoom after that the quality turns bad real quick.
When i first got it,I was like" yeah. a 28x zoom, gonna be awesome".
Does the mavic 4 pro have the same problem?

I love to record animals and i need better quality on the higher magnification to be able to actually make quality videos.
I really want to by the mavic 4 pro but if the camera on higher magnification is not much better than on the mavic 3 pro, im not gonna buy it.

I don't have the M4P because I'm in the US so I'm only guessing: No way was this "fixed" in the M4P else everyone would be raving about it. It's probably better but afaik, there's no way to eliminate this completely. I could be wrong. Have you tried AI enhancing software?

it's not a problem it's a fake crop digital zoom and nothing more. The telephotos suck on the Mavic 3 Pro as the colors are bad for starters. The ocean shots on a clear summer day look fake.

There is no real zoom on your drone.
It has digital zoom which simply enlarges the central part of an image.
The more it enlarges, the worse the resulting image is.
Digital zoom is great for marketing, but useless photographically.
You can enlarge part of an image on your computer.

The Mavic 4 pro and any other camera using digital zoom will have the same issue.
The solution is to ignore digital zoom and accept that the camera has no real optical zoom feature.
