Where are the part 107 test centers?

I'm in the Cincinnati area and according to this website Part 107 Test Centers there are none near me. I find that hard to believe, but I just want to double-check and make sure I am not missing something.

Also, how long in advance do I have to book an exam?

My nearest was over 2 hours drive. Exam appointments can usually be made a few days or maybe a week in advance.
