Where is the money for commercial pilots? Sharing survey data

Hello all,

Earlier today I posted an article over on the Articles section of MavicPilot titled "Where is the Money for Commercial Drone Pilots?" This post breaks down research from our 2020 survey which includes data from service providers on how much revenue they're making, providing what drone services, at what size & scale.

Specifically, the article looks at:

1. The distribution of service provider revenues - 70% making under 50K, but we saw some growth in the higher brackets compared to years before
2. What services are most likely to make over $100K
3. The role of pilot networks in driving revenue - generally not a big role

The article is over here, but I'd also like to start a conversation around your experiences in the industry & best approaches for other commercial pilots. While the figures are attached, the data tells a very shallow picture compared to the experiences of the group here.
