Anyone know where I can purchase new OEM mavic 2 pro batteries? I just bout one from the DJI store on Amazon - it was fulfilled by Airoka and was DOA when it arrived today. I checked with DJI and they were able to run the serial number and could see that it was forst activated in 2018. Further question: I'm terrified of non-OEM batteries. Anyone have good experiences with any of the 3rd party batteries on Amazon>

I think 3rd party is probably your only choice at this point. I've had two:
  • The one from 'Satonaka' fit and worked, but the cells overheated a bit. Still, there was no swelling. (link here)
  • The one from 'XDJXWJN' fit, worked, and stayed at a reasonable temp. It's also lower price. (link here)

thanks, Chris.

That's for the Mavic Air 2 (not a Mavic Pro).

I really hate the search in eBay that hasn't yet learned the DJI nomenclature.

I performed a search for DJI Mini 5 Pro so I could order one and the results was able to sneak a Mini 4 Pro in the mix and I missed it.....ordered it and had to cancel right away.

Over time, this is only going to get worse, not better. :(

I might be able to help. I have two literally brand new batteries, one has been charged once, and the other twice.
I picked them up a year ago because I was worried I wouldn't be able to source them. I have my Mavic 2 Pro set up for flying in the rain, and I already have 4 batteries.

You're selling these two batteries? And tell me more about flying in the rain!
