Samsung S9 cellular, sharing data to dedicated Samsung S7. Had problems with S7 until I wiped 3 yrs worth of use off of it. (Factory refresh) I like the S9 (wide screen) better, but got tried of interruptions, it being my active phone.

I use Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and mostly it is fine. Everything works great, it has all the computing power needed and more. Screen is not too small but i wish it was brighter.

I use my LG V20. As all Android phones, it recharge when pluged to the MM controller. So as this phone battery is removable, for every time I replace the battery on the drone, I also replace the phone battery (I had a few laying around), it makes my controller battery last much longer.

Same here-- LG V20. One of the FEW phones out there with replaceable battery which for me can be a significant benefit.

It just does fit in the remote with a 6.9" screen and pretty much state of the art specs everywhere you look.
