White Out

Yesterday I set up the Quad for flight & pictures, when I made connection with camera the images their was a like a brightness setting on T.V. set very bright when I switched to Video the Screen went normal to the settings! did anyone ever have this problem? if how did you correct it because Im going out now to see it it sill does it!

Perhaps you were on manual exposure for photos, and it was over exposing? This would give the effect you describe. Check down in the lower right corner of the screen when on photos mode for the various settings.

Your camera settings are wrong for the scenes you photographed and caused overexposure.
Look down toward the lower right of your screen at the number below EV.
If it's showing something like +2.0 or +3.0 that's telling you that the current settings are overexposing for the scene.
EV should be close to zero unless you intentionally want to under- or overexpose.

You need to use settings appropriate for the scene you are shooting and/or dial back exposure compensation if that is causing the problem.

You can check it without taking the drone outside. Just power up the drone, controller etc and let them link up without actually firing up the motors or taking off.
