Why some videos/photos aren't able to be downloaded

Newbie here with a Mini 3 Pro.

Just wondering why some videos (specifically a hyper-lapse) isn't able to be downloaded from the drone to my iphone.
The download icon is not apparent for this video only. Other hyperlapses have no problem.

I took some spherical and wide-angle panoramas the other day and they did not transfer to the phone via the usual bulk-select screen, I had to open each one in the app individually, then download from there.

As you can see in the attachment, the download icon which is usually in the bottom right is not apparent in this particular hyper-lapse.

The icon on the upper right is to share this over social media or other apps, not for downloading.

I've having the same issue with large video files.
I'm wondering if there's a size limit to the size of files that can be downloaded with the DJI fly app, either quick transfer method or normal?

Does one have to take the microSD card out of the drone to download larger files onto a computer?
