I have had similar delays with my latest MM2. Usually takes about one week for delivery but expect delays around 2 weeks. Longest delay is with Chinese Customs.

Yes, after approx 2 weeks. Tried to call DHL to get updates. Nothing to do but to wait for the tracking to update. Once updated, takes only 2 - 3 days for delivery directly to you.
