Is it 64 bit Android operating system..if not Nope. After that depends on processor speed and memory.

I use mine with a Samsung tab5s. Everything works except for being able to merge videos using "Create", which sucks. I've reverted to using my Mi 9t pro (phone) for editing clips in the app.
