This is solely about the Capitol Police regarding safety around the WA DC Capitol where all drone flights are already prohibited within 25 miles!

Besides, common sense tells you there is nothing anyone can do to physically prevent your drone from taking off without "flight authorization," unless they jam all wifi transmissions! All DJI GEO restrictions have already been removed by DJI, and they certainly aren't going to reinstall them. Even if they did, you would have to update the FlySafe database to reinstall them! Why would anyone do that? LOL!

I was thinking maybe they accidentally inserted link to 3334. 3334 is a very interesting read but you are right it has to do with equipping and authorizing Capitol Police in DC to detect, monitor, and take down drones using any and all means at their disposal. 3334 does something else very important. It exempts Capitol Police counter UAS activities from electronic surveillance and wiretapping laws. But the video seems to be discussing some other bill entirely.

I did a search on HR 3334 and saw the same about the Capitol Police. I wonder what bill he was actually talking about?
