Wind speed apps at altitude

Question on apps for wind speed...as a newb, is the UAV app the preferred one to decide on whether or not to fly? We’re having serious cold temps right now and some wind. Obviously I don’t want to fly when it’s too cold either. Thanks!

Thanks for posting. Many use it. Realize it’s good, but only offers approximations.
