Pro Winter Aerial View of a Historic Railway Bridge Over a Frozen River

Nice video, but a little too long (in my opinion !..)
.

I have flown my Mavic 3 pro in -5 deg f. wondering if I can fly in colder weather than that.
Not sure about the M3 Pro, have not hade a reason to yet. But I have flown the original Mavic Pro in -20f. It is key to keep the battery warm until your ready to start the drone. Then lift up about 1-2 feet and let it hover for a minute or to and enable it to warm up. When landing I keep a plastic bag available to wrap the drone up before bringing it into the vehicle. Then let it warm before taking it out of the bag. This prevents it from building condensation coming from the cold into the heat.

Don't fly aggressively as the batteries will deplete much faster. Flying gently I was able to complete 20+ minute flights.

Dry cold air and dry snow are OK. If the snow is wet, or the air is damp/humid be very careful of Icing on the props. I do not recommend flying in these conditions as you cannot see the icing until it is too late. If you do I would go up just a short distance for a couple of minutes, then bring it down to inspect the props and see how bad it is. Remember the higher you go the high the wind and colder it will be.

Good luck and hope your get some awesome photos.

That is beautiful!

I personally didin't tried to go below the specification limit - which is -10 C, especially while flying above the water. But good to know it is capable of flying much below -10 C. Thanks for info

Nice Video!

I made a new version. It is more dynamic, has few more shots from the other day - about 40 % shorter and has new lyrics and music.

Watch with sound!

hope you will like it -

I gotta say, the re-do is much better. Music definitely fits like a glove.
