I just tried this today and it's pretty cool! As noted in the manual under altitude:
Flight Attitude: The arc beside the triangle indicates the yaw angle of the gimbal when Head Tracking Gimbal is enabled.
The little black line at the tip of the orientation arrow in the center of the screen shows the yaw of the Mavic as it flies. Nifty little feature!
