your first post on joining the forum

hi fellow fliers
i have noticed a few posts lately where new members have , either posted in another running thread ,or posted their first post in a model specific thread
its always nice if after first joining the forum ,that new members introduce themselves in the pilot check in forum
so that others can welcome them
of course this is not compulsory
