As promised, here is the Zimbabwe video, which took me about 40 days of editing since returning Sept 30 . Already stated, no drones were allowed.

Would you like to go on a two week African safari with a private vehicle and guide, flying business class, and stay in two safari camps for 6 nights each, for FREE? You can experience all of this for viewing this 18 minute video. The video features the amazing wildlife , both mammals and exotic African birds, and African bird songs of two famous Zimbabwean national parks, Huange and Mana Pools. You will see colorful birds and elephants standing on their hind legs to feed from trees. Also, watch for time lapse sequences of sunrises, sunsets, and astrophotography of the stars and the Milky Way.

For best enjoyment, view full screen by clicking on the small box in the lower right corner of the frame, and move your cursor off the screen to clear the progress bar.

A reader pointed out a typo so I fixed the edit and here is the latest version

Tech information:

Filmed with a Nikon Z8, and these lenses- Nikkor 24-200mm, f/4-6.3, 20mm, f/1.8S, 180-600mm, f/5.6-6.3, DJI Osmo Action 5, iPhone 14 Pro Max, Really Right Stuff tripod. Edited in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, LR Lightroom.

You must be a bird watcher too considering your Avatar. Thanks for watching and so glad you enjoyed it. So far I am not hearing any complaints about not having drone footage.

Great job Dale! You're one of the few members I enjoy watching the entire video with. Long interesting video and very nicely edited. Thank you.

Epic trip Dale! That was fantastic. Great unexpected bird shots too. All the usual safari vids focus is on the animals, albeit amazing, too. Accommodations and people looked wonderful. Thanks for sharing.

Loved your comments. Many thanks. It is a hell of a lot of work, but gratifying when I hear comments like yours.
