3 Zimbabwe Video as promised

Thanks for your positive commentary on the Zimbabwe video. It was a real slog going though literally thousands of images, selecting those to be used in the show, editing those in Photoshop, and deciding how long to leave each image on the screen. The entire trip was 3 weeks of which only 12 days were actual safari days , so a ratio of 12 camp days /21, but each day's shooting took me 3+ days of editing. One reason is that I decided to shoot my Nikon Z8 usually at 10-15 frames per second (fps) which yielded a greater chance of getting a better image. For the birds in flight and the animals leaping (impalas) , I shot at 60 fps!!!

By the way, there was not much roughing it. We had a nice tent with hot and cold running water, a tent caretaker who made the beds and changed the linens, etc. This, indeed, was a high end safari in comfort and in cost. We stayed in the best available camps. After all, my wife and I are old and this trip may we have been our last big one. The most difficult part was getting in and out of the safari vehicle, as you will see in the video as my wife struggles to board.
I find myself watching this video over and over. It is a great memory for us and our kids.
