I saw the news showing Zipline has been given Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approval for flights over two routes, with round trips of between 20 and 30 miles.

Just wondering, how this company make sure their crafts can be visible in the range of 10--15 miles away from the base?

Just wondering, how this company make sure their crafts can be visible in the range of 10--15 miles away from the base?

The FAA approval was to fly Beyond Visual line-of-sight, so they don't need to stay visible to the pilot.
