Recently retired Chief Pilot/Instructor/UAS, International Test Pilots School (ITPS Canada) London ON. Still learning and developing my skills knowledge and ATTITUDE as a pilot. . . sometimes known as "Deliberate Airmanship" Proud to say I just got my FAA Part107 finally so I can fly in the states "for fun and profit". Both my kids live there and I take at least one with me every trip.

I am new to drones and my primary interest is in VR video. I have a number of suitable VR cameras for use with a second hand drone I purchased, a DJI Phantom 2 just to get started. I am on a budget and want to add drone footage along with underwater photography.

hi just seen your comment re: places to fly drone in Canmore and was wondering if you have more specific locations with mountain backdrops since I'm planning a trip next month. The area you mentioned around Saskatchewan River Crossing sounds interesting but trying to locate a specific location on google maps

Hello all, does anyone know of software that can create mission planning for photogramitry that will work with a Mavic 3 Classic with the RC controller? I would like to fly a mission and then outsource to have someone process the data.
