update here (spent 2 hours with mavic support last night) is that apparently some iphone 6 arent supported. no more explanation than that. my old iphone 6 works well and the new one doesnt... bizarre. When I plug the new phone into the controller it just starts charging.... o_O soooooo frustrating

where do i check that? googling it

now it the most frustrating part, plugged it in to the old iphone 6 minus sim card and it works fine... any clues as to how i get that to correct?

Well it suggests it but oddly, in my flight profile it shows up my Username etc but not my flight log. this could however be because of the fact that before they split the apps, it was just that one app... it'll all be on there but you can no longer download the old one of course.

did anyone here have any ideas? just tried it again and videos sync fine but photos won't capture or at least sync to the phone. I haven't plugged it in to the computer to check if it is registering it at all... any simple things I might have cocked up?

chaps! got about 16 hours of flight time out of my mavic so far, some great shots! on my trip last week the video was syncing fine but can't see any record of photos that I was taking... it has a 64gb card in it and it can't be full because video is recording fine. I immediately deleted all...

still figuring this out, indeed, I do not want to wipe all the footage of course!!! borrowed a pc at the hotel, think we fixed it. bonus question.... 1) the remote control battery started freaking out at 13 percent... beeping really loudly, any way to turn that off at all....??? totally...

happy new year chaps! flying today and it told me the sd card was full I deleted a bunch of vids via the app - actually in the end I deleted the cache as well... still says sd card full... is it only possible to clear the sd card by connecting the drone to the computer?? surely an do it via...

I still haven't quite figured this out haha. I grabbed it fine at chest height, pulled left stick down and raised it in the air but it didn't rotor down... will keep trying... what's the command to shut off the rotors by the way? Sent from my iPhone using MavicPilots

another noob question but how do I safely hand catch the mavic? I tried recently but I had the sensors on so it flew up. also I'm actually scared it could chop my arm off haha. it cut clean through a 2 inch soft palm tree in our garden... and then how do I stop the rotors once I have it caught...
