Photos no longer syncing

chaps!

got about 16 hours of flight time out of my mavic so far, some great shots!

on my trip last week the video was syncing fine but can't see any record of photos that I was taking... it has a 64gb card in it and it can't be full because video is recording fine. I immediately deleted all photos and took it up again. Took photos that didn't sync but a video that did...

am sure I'm doing something silly but any ideas what it might be...?

did anyone here have any ideas? just tried it again and videos sync fine but photos won't capture or at least sync to the phone. I haven't plugged it in to the computer to check if it is registering it at all...

any simple things I might have cocked up?

Try reformatting the sd card

Huh, Mine did the same thing yesterday. The 2 videos I recorded are in the dji go 4 app but the pics I took are missing.

I got the same thing, but when you plug your card to PC it's all there.

Yes I have noticed the same thing with the latest firmware & app but I have also found if go into the editor / photo page of the app whilst still connected to the MP it does cache them then. I don't seem to think I had to follow that process with previous versions but may be mistaken.. as you say videos do cache to the phone without problem but not the photos.
