ASSISTANT 2 WILL NOT CONNECT ON MY MAVIC

My assistant2 still will not recognize my mavic. very frustrating

I'm not sure how you did it but the very first time I used it, I did it all wrong..

you are to have your mavic off, connect it to the computer via usb cable,

turn your assistant on and when it is running, turn your mavic on... wait a while and it connects after it installs the requisite driver on its own.

works on win 7 and win 10 last I check... Hope you your windows are one of these...

finally found another usb cable. connected and it worked.
