I have started a root cause investigation into this on the below thread. I would welcome any contributions / experiences that can contribute to resolving it. When doing our projects it is frustrating to finalise...

Anybody having this issue at all? I'm thinking it may be my mac.

Yes indeed I have the same issue . And can't figure out what's causing it. I do have a slight feeling it's related to some resent firmware as I haven't had this issue before!

I gave up on mine in the end, it literally drove me insane.

Returned to supplier (I was still in the 90 day grace period) and replaced for a new one.
