Home altitude takeoff and landing mismatch

I have had 2 flights in a row that have been uneventful except for the fact that the landing altitude is about 40ft lower than takeoff . I am landing and taking off in the exact same place . Anyone know why this would happen. I calibrated the compass...unit behaves as normal.

Temperature drift in the barometer. Really nothing to get too worried about.

Are you able to reproduce that every time? If so, try calibrating the IMU.

This calibration video appears to have solved the issue. My last two flights after the IMU calibration have been spot on takeoff and landing heights . I would not expect to focus there as I am novice. Thank you for your reply and help
