My Mavic was about 20m high, stopped responding and the wind took it against the tree and then down. Gimbal doesnt work, picture doesnt show at iPhone, one wing has bended..

What to do?

Send DJI an email to get the mavic repaired. Be expected to pay a good sum of money for repair tho....

If you're lucky and DJI deems it's a warranty issue. Then it'll be free of charge. Hopefully you bought DJI refresh if it's pilot issue.

What to do?

Try and find a place to fly that has shorter trees may help a little. Hope it works out for you with DJI.
