Got mine direct from DJI, pre-ordered on 10/5. After waiting 2 months despite paying full price up front....Problems started right away with a "camera sensor failure" along with a "gimble disconected" message.
Called tech support which they want me to do an IMU calibration, which after several tries it stalled at step 2 for 30+min until I shut it down. Then they wanted me to refresh the firmware, which would go to 69% and stop, giving me an error message. Tried multiple computers and same result.
So they sent me a label and I shipped it to the repair center.
This is becoming quite the ordeal, hope it will be worth it, and note an indicator of poor quality control or fragile electronics.
