Does anyone knows how to put these rubber back?

The correct way is to take off the top cover, drop out the gimbal and do it from the top.

A more risky way is to do it from the bottom with a Phillips driver, just be careful not to rip them. They are not glued in from the top, so just push until they look seated. Again, a riskier way to do it cause you dont know if they will seat properly.
