Fort Funston is good to go when then are no gliders in the air. Luckily the only one there was packing up when I got there. I’m doing my best to try and stay in compliance. This forum is definitely helpful in that regard.Golden Gate National Recreation Area is probably a no fly zone!

Thank you. I hadn’t been there in years. It being one of the few spots I can fly without worrying gives me a good reason to take my daughter there more often, especially since I only live a couple miles away.
Thank you for the tips! I had thought the Palace of Fine Arts was in the no fly area of the GGNRA, area but with your suggestion I looked closer and saw that it was just outside.
