Unable to update firmware after i lost connection

Hi everyone, i am new to flying drones and i have just tried to update my firmware, whilst doing so the app said it had timed out at 99%.
I have since tried and it won't do it, i have also downloaded the DJI assistant 2 app and from there it still tells me that i have an update fail.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem can't update the firmware and stops at 24% I hope someone could help us here.

Going from what version to what version?

If it fails using assistant 2
location of the assistant 2 logs C:\Users\halow\AppData\Roaming\DJI Assistant 2\log\

Post the contents of the log here
