Won’t connect

I guys when I connect my mavic to the crystalsky it just comes up as disconnected done a reset and update but still the same. If I plug my iPhone in its all fine. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

If you're using the bottom port on the controller, ensure you're unplugging the cable on the side first. Bottom port won't allow connection if device cable is attached to the side port (although you can charge the remote while using the bottom port).

Thanks for your reply Iv never had a problem plugging it into the bottom port before it’s always worked ok until today

Have you tried a different cable?

Does the CrystalSky shows as charging when plugged in, even if the app says disconnected?
