Why not just buy a cheap remote control boat and tie the camera to that ? Drones are for above land / water. U can also get underwater sub drones

Supposedly some of the minis were dispatched with props that are faulty and there’s early ones and later ones. This appears to be fixing the issue for a lot of people. Haven’t had a chance to change mine yet but will be trying it
