Thanks! I have a question that I feel like I should know the answer to..... so in my case, I activated RTH myself by pressing it on the button... but how do I ensure that RTH will automatically kick in during these incidents?

thank you for this thorough response! Wait, so you can literally power down your controller, and turn it back on mid flight? For some reason I imagine the drone dropping out of the sky if that happens lol, but I guess it just would perform RTH as usual anyways.

I was flying around a wedding and have done this hundreds of times with no issues and them my screen on my phone just said it disconnected (or something like that) and I panic'd obviously. I walked closer to it praying it would magically reconnect... it did not. I was able to tell it to activate...

haha it definitely is a bit cold, but people who love surfing wear wetsuits in the winter and actually enjoy it more than summer because there aren't millions of kids and families in the water to avoid while surfing

Gotcha! I guess the reason I didn't crop it was because I thought if I cropped-in, it would lose some resolution and make it a lower quality image. But maybe I needed to have my drone lower in the first place

I passed my part 107 exam in early March. I did the necessary steps afterwards - IACRA online application, enter my exam ID, etc... It gave me a temporary license that I was able to print... but when will my "official license" come in the mail? It has been a while, so curious how long it took...

Just took mine Thursday and got 88%. I had a weird question that said you are hired to capture the Albemarle sound with your drone, can you operate it from a moving boat? I wasn’t sure. And it didn’t tell me which I got right/wrong.

Sorry, I’m using a mavic pro, and trying to transfer to my iPhone 8 when the drone is connected to my phone via the app. It usually gives me the option to DL the full quality original. But now it’s not
