Hi Greg,
It is important to understand that there are a few levels of "parks". Drones are banned in all national parks across the nation. The states also can decide how they wish to govern state parks, in California it is ruled that the individual parks can determine their own rules. This...
Are you saying that it is, or agreeing that we wish that's how it should be? To get the part 107 you have to pay 150$ and go to a proctered exam site. I've already proven I understand the operations and mechanics, so Canada should just have an add on exam that shows I understand their regulation...
I live in the US but usually spend about 2 months in BC for work (a week or two at a time) , I don't mind taking a test and whatnot but if I have to pay for temporary permits each time that will be quite annoying. I'm part 107 certified in the US and want to operate legally, but TC needs to help...
Wow those are gorgeous! What settings fo you recommend for nighttime shooting? I've tried once, but it didn't work out at all haha. I don't think I had enough lights in the shot. All the night pics I see seem to be fairly well balanced in lighting across the shot.
If you are in the US there are no exams required to fly legally. The only time you have to take an exam is if you are getting a part 107 license, which is for those seeking commercial use.
OK, but why not usb c then? If you can charge laptops I'm sure it would be able to charge an ultra bright tablet? Just a thought, we already have enough to pack around haha
Seems like the more I hear of the crystal sky's the dumber they seem. So now you have to pack around another big charger, why can't it just be micro usb like a normal tablet?
First off it is awesome of you to make accounts and try so hard to find the owner, so thank you for that. If you're still looking for places to post you could try the r/djimavic community on reddit. Or even more local things like Craigslist or Facebook maybe?
I printed some legs out for my mavic and they work pretty well for this. You just slide them onto the front legs and between the rubber piece on the back, they don't effect the sensors or anything. I can post a pic if you're interested.
