I use that app also. It's UAV forecast. For free it will give you 24 hours of forecast. If you want a week's worth of forecast you need to pay an annual fee of approximately $20. In my humble opinion I think it's an indispensable app.

Doesn't matter if he has no money or even a job. If you get a judgement, you can file a writ of "Fi Fay" (not sure spelling is correct, it's a term for the Latin title of the writ) and the sheriff can seize any property (cash on hand, vehicle, etc) to settle the judgement. Hope this helps.
