Does the DJI Fly upgrade allow active track and waypoints with the Mini 1?

Active track is implemented using the main camera so it is physically possible. After all the quickshots use a form of activetrack. However without collision avoidance, it could be more risky.

Automatic altitude change in normal mode only when starting to go forward

No consumer drone is going to be accurate in altitude to 1/2m 1.5ft. I've gotten altitude drift as much as 3ft 1m. If you're low enough then bottom sensors will read the terrain. If the ground comes up, so might the quad altitude relative to takeoff.

TRIPLTEK Tablet Being Charged By M2P/Z Remote

The problem with that is getting the right resistor value so that the voltage drop is tolerable for your model device. I don't know if DJI did it for the remotes with C connections, but previous models will deliver up to 500mA. This is a part of standard USB specs. Then on the phone side, if...

    Mavic mini crash

Props, screws in particular are not designed to be removed often. Screws have loctite on them so are meant to be used once. I store my MM1 in its FMK case (v1) but I take care that the bottom props have no pressure on them. I do dovetail so there may be slight warpage, but very lightly. I've...

Phantom obstacle maybe, but you would have seen that on the screen.

    RTH problems

"Hover in place" is a signal loss/failsafe option, of which RTH is another failsafe option.

Mavic flies into side wall of bridge, uncontrollable whilst 20m away in direct vision. DJI takes no responsibility

"if GPS loss was such a problem, it could have defered my vector (direction+speed) from just before losing gps." The drone can't predict that it's being flown into an area that has poor GPS signal. GPS signal change tends to be sudden, just like needing to remove your sunglasses would be sudden...

CPU Fully loaded? How to "unload"

Video subtitle won't matter. That's done by the AC as it records to the SD installed on the AC. It isn't the ACs CPU that's overloaded.

A Fly app message I hadn't seen before. Why???

You have to realize that there are a lot of ignorant and irresponsible fliers out there. Even with airports in G space, there's a potential risk and danger flying over runway approach airspace. So DJI puts authorization and altitude zones along runway approach paths. Having an altitude zone at...

    battery air 2

The intelligent batteries do effectively have the "charger" built-in. You do need the voltage but the intelligence will limit the current. When converting from one voltage to another, consider watts, as that will be equal on both sides, not accounting for efficiency loss. For the same amount of...

    Mavic Mini 1

If it is a new model phone and has at least 3GB installed RAM, it should be compatible. If it's an older model, then it might not be.

DJI Mavic Pro 2 overheated in case while turned off

68° F is certainly not too high to store batteries. 68°-78° is typical room temperature depending on outdoor climate and one's affinity for conserving energy. Are you suggesting storing them in the fridge? That I've seen is not recommended.
