All you experienced was the device disconnecting from the rc. Which has nothing to do with interference, as the connection is usb. I would think interference would cause the rc to disconnect from the aircraft, which did not occur. Perhaps the usb cable wasn't fully connected?

4K is recording at a lower bitrate, meaning more compression artifacts will be visible, with a reduction in detail. My opinion is that the 2.7K setting retains finer details, and generally produces video that looks better than the 4K. This is not sensor, but encoder related.

I use an S7E and have yet to experience a crash, only like 10 flights, mostly short. I use a short usb to micro cable from the bottom of the controller, as it allows me to leave my phone case on, which eliminates the accidental home button presses by the clamps.
