Thanks for the info. The battery came with the drone when I purchased it around 3 years ago. The batteries pretty much took care of themselves, always dropping the charge to 70 percent after a couple of weeks of not using. I always try to return home before the battery gets below 20%.
Anyways...
I was flying my Air 2 in my yard when I started getting the esc error and the drone crashed. Luckily it landed ten feet from the lake. I included a log file.
I got the State Farm insurance on my Mavic Air two last spring. When I bought my Mini two my agent added that drone to my policy. So I’m getting coverage on both drones for $60 in Michigan.
If you click on the lower right corner of the map you will see the compass that shows where the aircraft is. Or you can just follow the red line back home on the map.
No worries he was asking if anyone actually tried using a Mini battery in a Mini 2. I just wanted to let him know that I did without any problems...so far.
