I don't understand why it only lets you select JPEG or JPEG+RAW vs only RAW mode. I don't see the benefit.

I think I had the switch to Sport mode, brought the Mavic in the air and pitched forward but it didn’t fly fast. I guess Ill try to remember to start in normal mode and switch to sport in the air

I don’t think I did. But it did say s-mode when I took off but I didn’t switch back to normal and then to sport. Would that solve the issue?

Sorry, maybe I didn’t explain myself well. I was in sport mode but couldn’t fly in sport speed. It was capped at a much slower speed.
