I about have it. You can get parts out of China for most of what we need. I don’t like the signal cables but the yaw arms and roll are ok. Disassembly will be the hardest part for most. I have repaired about 10 so far. the first few were not pretty.

the only place I have been able to find parts is eBay. There are a lot of parts I can't find. It is early yet so in 6 months we may be able to get what we need
UPDATE: I replace the camera and the error code went away. further checking and I found it was actually just the camera head electronics. I now have video feed and no error code 200. Error code 200 must have something to do with a camera issue
