Well I was able to use a micro SD card in my computer to download the update. That is the good news however still not connecting to the drone. I have checked to make sure the download worked and the Crystal Sky now reads 4.2.16. Any other ideas?

Hello... I have a 7.85" Ultra and had been using it attached to my controller with no issues. I have been unable to fly for a month and today I am on vacation and pull out the drone and now the Crystal Sky won't find the drone. Everything seems to be connected properly and nothing has changed...

I have downloaded from DJI's website the Assistant 2 for Mac (or so I thought) It has the Apple logo next to it. I install it and it tells me it is for windows and won't open. I am very confused. DJI Assistant 2 v1.1.6 2017-09-07 DMG This is from the DJI Website... Do I have the wrong thing?

Yes that's the one I downloaded from DJI and it will not open.... Not from the App store...

Yes I actually saved them from another 3 people who would have had the same issue as all 4 they purchased were wrong. So they saved all that hassle...

Returned the CS to the dealer and they were apologetic about the situation. They are replacing when they get the correct one in...

I paid the $849 unfortunately for the 7.85 non ultra... I well get it resolved tomorrow...

I purchased what I believed to be the 7.85" Ultra and there is zero indication on the box or monitor itself. In fact the box and actual unit say model CS785 not CS785U... I bought from a reputable dealer that I know and trust who actually told me they didn't even buy the non ultra in the 7.85...
