I myself don't understand why DJI have dropped Mavic from the name, so maybe we should.
I'm totally pissed off with the way "autosync" uploads the flight logs and then deletes the DAT file.
I contacted DJI and requested my uploaded DAT files but was told they could not provide them.
I'm sure that this is illegal, as all I'm asking is access to my own data.
I'm 100% with you on this one, if flying indoors make sure is bright enough for the VPS to work.
The first flight I had crashed because I had the lights set to the same as me dim.
In the current version of DJI Fly app you can only enable or disable the flight logs sync.
Save the files first because once you sync they will be deleted.
AFAIK both IOS & Android behave the same.
At first I had auto sync enabled because I loved being able to review my flights in airdata...
I'm super pissed off with DJI deleting the .DAT files from the MCDatFlightRecords folder once the DJI Fly app has synced with the flight logs.
There are loads of posts about uncommanded assent and descent but nearly all the OP have an empty MCDatRecords folder.
Now the hell are we meant to...
Seems to start its uncontrolled steady descent just after the smart battery enters return to home state.
Please upload the .DAT file.

From all that is said, my guess is the LHF motor has either a slightly cross threaded screw or the dye in the factory has not cut the screw thread in the motor correctly.
DJI should of renewed the motor / screws / props on you LHF arm.
If you have "autosync" enabled in DJI Fly app, once the .DAT files have synced with DJI's servers the local file is deleted.
I have disabled the "Autosync" option in DJI Fly, and now I have my .DAT files.
