A friend of mine just bought a Mavic 2 Pro. He went to the site to register it. They took his credit card payment and he's been calling ever since. It's been a month. Now it took me only 1 week to get mine. We live in Penna. Is this common? Just trying to help him and I'm getting nowhere.

If you crash would DJI cover you with those props. Non Dji Non Coverage, that's if you have their crash protection plan.

I have them, used the once. Noisey and had less flight time. They're in the trash. Very windy here. Use the Gold from DJI.

i got cfix and tried that. also did what you said. DJI customer support can't even come up for a reason. Told them to send me another one, they told me to take it to a repair center. It would cost me $45.00 an hour for them to look at it. IT'S BRAND NEW JUST OUT OF THE BOX,
