I had the same problem. Finally solved it by clearing lint out of cellphone usb port. You'd be amazed at all the debris that accumulates in the port. Worth a try

My air2s and dji fly functioned fine until phone upgraded to Android 12 and now fly won't connect to phone. Contacted DJI support and they suggested deleting fly and downloading from dji, then installing with airplane mode on. That didn't work. I've deleted and re-installed fly 7 times now...

Found the answer in the air2s manual - can use dji assistant 2 to connect the aircraft to a computer and update firmware.

Thanks to all who helped me with this - I was flying a couple days ago around hi voltage lines, stayed 50' away but was able to fly above and below them and had no problems. Thanks again to the physics experts.
