Went to Best Buy to get an iPad Mini 4 128GB Cellular and was told they are no longer available. Only options in cellular are 32 or 64GB from cellular company at $600. Would they be good for a MPP? Can WiFi version be okay even without GPS. I think only changing RTH on the fly and Follow Me...

Please do not think this is a stupid question. As a former RC aircraft pilot, planes on the same "Channel" could not fly at the same time. Can two MP's fly together? Are they similar to RC on channels? Is there a safe limit to how many can fly at the same time?

So am I right in saying that only Follow Me and Active Track modes will not be able to be used on the WiFi version. Everything else will work the same, either cellular or WiFi version and if I want to use these modes, could I just use my iPhone7 for those flights? Any other difference?
