I fly in both spots all the time... no one has bothered me.... however I found a cool new spot if you are up for it... there is a road that runs down by the water between the Verrazano bridge and the ferry, Edgewater is the name of the road... check it out! We don’t need/want folks like yourself flying drones anyway. If you don’t have the patience to read and understand something new you should stick with whatever it is you are doing... I have owned over 8 drones... all dji... yes life is not perfect.... but dam freaking close... stay on the ground...

If you are going to buy a 9.7 then you are better off getting the 10.5. Same size... more screen.
