I found my controller battery discharged quickly when connected to my android phone. I turned off fast charging in the phone settings and the controller seems to last twice as long now

I love flying at night, my main worry at this time of year is the amount of moisture in the air. I don't want to get my MP exposed to any kind of moisture. Might just be my OCD, but worries me

S8 is about 18 months old

Yes I only use the bottom usb port, I bought a short cable with a 90' bend.

Is there a setting to prevent the controller charging the phone when connected. It seems that the controller battery is losing its charge very quickly.

Thanks for the advice, I probably won't use them. Only got them as I used to put them on my P3P when flying indoors

Bought myself a set of prop guards for my MP. Does anyone actually use these and if so do they have any effect on performance when flying outdoors. I don't think I'll use them for outdoor flying, but maybe indoors.

In light of the recent events, we should all get together as responsible people and persuade the authorities this should not reflect on the drone community. Any suggestions.
