If you have the police telling you to shoot it, get that in writing and then drop it. Sure, you might get a fine, IF that person can prove you shot it down. if not, then you're off the hook. Either way, you have sent a clear message.

I did crash mine once into a tree and noticed the gimbal mount actually popped out, which produced vibration during flight. however, once i realized it and put it back, that solved my issue. I just tried mine, and it doesn't actually come in contact.

Without having seen the video, i can say that those little blades would cause a whole lot of damage to a persons face if they were hit. There would be MANY cuts, not just one. Those blades are screaming and they have some power behind them

Meh, I guess that's the rule. I am not following it. I do what I can to stay away from flying directly over houses, and i'm not obtrusive with it, but I am always going out of site and I've not had any issues. I guess it depends on where you live, and where you fly.

That is one hell of a booster. Have you figured out the difference in what you were getting and are getting now for distance? My issues are wifi and trees.

This same exact thing happened to me years ago and why I stopped selling on eBay. I had all the documentation to prove the sale was legit, but they did the exact same thing, ruled in their favor, but reluctantly gave me my money back.
