    Drone personality

Everything is up to date, latest and greatest. I check frequently, usually before I fly. All Batteries are charged just prior to flying. Today in fact I flew two batteries worth flawlessly with out a hitch until I was landing, GO4 had to close and it landed autonomously. I've never had an issue...

    Drone personality

My M2Z has its own personality. Some days it works perfectly with the CrystalSky talking to the RC which is talking to the drone which is talking with the batteries. Then there are days, nobody gets along and I simply have to put everybody back to bed and go home. I'm talking same location just...

Wait for CS2 or buy now?

I was not enjoying flying with my phone. I couldn't see it clear enough to know where I was. I got my crystal sky and now I even have waypoints. I couldn't be happier. I'm glad I didn't wait. You wait....wait....wait and wait and maybe you might be able to do something a little smoother or...

    GO4 version 4.3.14 released for CrystalSky (Mar 15, 2019)

OK, just flew again and purposely reduced the exposure a bit, it worked fine for me. Although I'd also say it wasn't a complete test.

    GO4 version 4.3.14 released for CrystalSky (Mar 15, 2019)

It appears everything must be ON to plan a mission. I did not even think about the using the 5 position button during flight, too excited. (sorry) Heads up however, found a small limitation. The save folder will only hold 3 missions without rewriting over the last mission. There's an extra...

    GO4 version 4.3.14 released for CrystalSky (Mar 15, 2019)

Maybe they will. We've all been squawking so much about not having waypoints on our CS they grew us a bone while they make it perfect. I for one am going to be happy to chew on this bone for awhile.

    GO4 version 4.3.14 released for CrystalSky (Mar 15, 2019)

This is FANTASTIC news. Updated without a hitch. Made a new mission. Now just need a little less wind to test it. Very optimistic though. Finally....finally I (we) won't have to use our phones anymore to fly waypoints. Thank you DJI! I know we're quick to complain but I'd also like to think...

    Downloading files from mavic 2

I put nothing on my iPhone. It all goes on the micro SD card. Then I physically remove it from my M2Z and insert it directly to my computer. I erase via the drone after I'm done. Obviously there may be a better way to do it but I've incurred no issues doing it this way. Each video will be a max...

PolarPro Flight Deck vs. Mavmount 3.0?

My Flight Deck is very stable and has no issues as displayed. If it did as shown, I'd return it. As it stands now, I'm very happy with My Flight Deck and I'd purchase it again over any other product I've seen.

Do you think litchi is needed now?

If I could just adjust my gimbal up and down I think I'd be happy with the DJI version..

Zoom vs Pro (I got zoom)

For ~ $600, I'll wait. Maybe half that I'd be interested. don't see much advantage to what we have. looks easy enough to swap out though.

Zoom vs Pro (I got zoom)

love my Zoom, use that feature every time I fly. The camera isn't all that bad either. Probably takes better pictures than I do.

Learning Waypoints 2.0 for Mavic 2

I've never used Litchi WP so i don't know exactly what I'm missing but hopefully DJI will be competitive. It flies the routes fine but the camera is not controllable even with way points, it seems to have a mind of it's own. If the camera just looked straight ahead if no waypoints were set, it...

Learning Waypoints 2.0 for Mavic 2

Still learning my way around this wonderful addition to the M2Z. Thank you DJI! Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I've noticed that at the last waypoint it misses it's landing spot by a long way off and I have to manually stop the landing and guide it down myself. I've never had a free flight...
