Please offer any constructive comments! On my channel I also have one video from five years ago of a similar tower, just a plain video, overexposed (it seems), so this is a "remake" one could say).

Where would one find the relevant airspace regulations? Somewhere in part 107? Also do sectional charts indicate protected wildernesses?

I think that is where the whole question often will hinge: Does the UAV/Heli/Aircraft take-off or land from the property of the establishment (or is it being controlled from the property). If that is the case, obviously they can regulate that, but if not, they would have to supersede federal...
