In my case, it was not like I was completely locked out and could not fly. I could still fly the drone but with altitude and distance limitations imposed until I logged in to my account. So I'm not sure that this was even a security matter. It was very flyable without logging in.

Yes I have a copy but we must have different versions. In my copy the Shooting Modes appear on page #93. My manual is copyrighted 2023. Thanks for sharing, very interesting. Of course this discussion unveils the fact that I have never ready the entire manual. :cool:

My Mavic 2 Pro does not do this. It is contineous numbering even after in-drone card formatting.

I was afraid of that. I have been doing just what you recomend, leaving files on the card so that the system picks up where I left off. I'm on a Mac but I understand what you are saying. I have a great little renumbering tool utility that I have been using for years and it works it's just one...

Each time I reformat my micro SD card inside the drone it resets the numbering sequence back to 001. Is there a way to turn this off so that the numbering sequence is not reset but continues from where you left off before you reformatted the card?
